Meet The Makers
Julianna and Karim, who are husband and wife are dedicated cheese makers, with Julianna studying agricultural engineering in Hungary. The Old Cheese Room, which is converted from an old cattle byre in the heart of Neston farm, has been making raw milk Baronet since 2011.
