Delivery Information

Our packaging is chilled using special cooling packs, and is then fully insulated using natural and environmentally friendly insulation. We believe we have the best packaging solution in the market to get your cheese to you in perfect condition at any time of the year. We would recommend refrigerating the cheese as soon as you do receive it to ensure it remains in the tastiest possible condition.

We deliver Tuesday - Saturday. Your cheese will always be chopped and packed on the day of dispatch (and we always use a next day service). This means your cheese is getting to you as fresh as possible.

We currently only deliver to UK addresses.


We use APC next day delivery for the majority of our deliveries. You will receive a 4 hour delivery window on the day of delivery, and an option to confirm or change your safe place instructions.

Our deliveries do not require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your delicious cheese if nobody is going to be in. APC will not attempt a re-delivery, so it is essential that you leave safe place instructions when you order.

You will also be given the option to confirm or change these instructions via a text and email once the delivery has been despatched. Therefore, you must leave a mobile telephone number and an email address for the recipient. No telephone or email addresses, or any personal information, will be used for anything other than tracking updates and notifications. 

If you prefer, we can deliver to your office. All of our packaging is designed not only for temperature control but for odour control too, so no need to worry about ponging out your colleagues! If you are particularly worried about having smelly cheese at work, just let us know in an email once you have ordered and we will ensure you are sent cheese that is just as delicious but lower on the pong charts!

We are unable to offer any refunds if your cheese does not arrive with you on time if you have failed to provide safe place instructions, a mobile telephone number and an email address for tracking updates and notifications. 


We use Royal Mail Tracked24 for some of our deliveries to more remote destinations, non-mainland address, and Northern Ireland.

Royal Mail Tracked24 is their premium service, however it is still slightly short of 100% in terms of next day delivery so we cannot guarantee your cheese will arrive on your chosen day. In such circumstances, it is very likely to arrive the following day. If it does arrive a day late, please do not worry about the condition of the cheese as our boxes are designed to keep the cheese in the right conditions for 48hrs, or even longer when it's cold outside.


Delivery on Saturdays is via Royal Mail on a guaranteed pre 1pm service. Please be aware that our customer service team may be slower in their response times over the weekend. If your cheese does not arrive on Saturday, the delivery will not be reattempted on Sunday. 

If your cheese has not arrived by the end of the next day, then please let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate.

It is imperative that someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date, or collect the order the following day. We are unable to offer any refunds or compensation provided the original delivery was delivered on one of those days.

If you have any particularly bespoke requirements, or for larger orders, we would recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to ensure your cheese is with you on your chosen date.
