Tunworth has now found a new home, being made by Butler's Farmhouse cheeses meaning the profile of the cheese has changed from what you might have previously expected...such are the intricacies and nuances of artisan cheesemaking!
Now with a distinctly milder profile, and more similar in style to a Brie than a Camembert, it is milky and mild with a subtle earthiness from the rind.
