Cheese can be delivered?

Simply put, yes. Just like flowers, just like plants, cheese can be delivered straight to your door. We wanted to make getting your hands on delicious artisan cheese easy and fun, no matter where you're based. Our delivery is FREE, and we also offer a next day service.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Our cheese deliveries are free, always. Minimum spend is £25.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver to the UK Mainland. For more information on cheese delivery destinations head to our delivery page.

  • How can I track my delivery?

    You will receive an email on the day of delivery from our couriers with tracking information advising you of your delivery time.

  • I want to order my cheesebox for a specific date

    No problem. You can select your desired delivery date at the cart stage and your cheesebox will appear (as if by magic) on that day.

  • I need a cheese delivery fast, can you help?

    We understand, we really do. We offer next day delivery if you order before 9am. Your cheese is chopped freshly on day of dispatch.

  • What if I'm not going to be in?

    No problemo. As we deliver refrigerated goods, you have to specify a safe place. Our couriers will leave it there safe and sound for you.

  • How do you keep your cheese fresh?

    That is a great question. To ensure only the freshest cheese is getting to you, we chop and pack your order on the day of dispatch and we always use a next-day delivery service. We were the first company in the UK to insulate our cheeseboxes and special cooling packs are also included for that extra cool factor.

  • What if my box arrives late?

    We have a 48 hour freshness guarantee from when the box is dispatched. If your box arrives outside of that time then we will send another box, completely free of charge.  

  • Is my gift-box recyclable?

    From the outset, we’ve worked tirelessly to ensure that all of our packaging is sustainably sourced, easily recyclable, reusable or biodegradable.

  • Why must I spend over £25?

    To stick to our sustainable values and carbon offsetting passion, we want all deliveries to be worth while. However, this only means that all deliveries are completely free - no delivery costs whatsoever

All of our cheeseboxes come beautifully packaged, and include free delivery, tasting notes, pairing tips and a scorecard for you or the gift recipient to rate the cheeses and keep track of what you have tried. Best of all, you can select your delivery slot at checkout.

Carbon offsetting means buying carbon credits equivalent to the carbon you consume. For every tonne of C02 we emit from dairy production, we are removing more than a tonne elsewhere.
