Made in Somerset by goat's cheese specialists 'White Lake' and sister to our much loved Rachel, Eve is a dainty little cheese washed in Somerset cider brandy, and wrapped in vine leaves. A great alternative to the classic French Banon, it is a soft, unctuous cheese that gets extremely gooey as it matures. When young, it is fresh and slightly citric with just a hint of nuttiness. As it ages, it develops deeper nuttiness with a hint of caramel sweetness, something that is truly unique and completely surprising in the best possible way. Depending on when you eat it, it is two cheeses wrapped into one, a well worth a place in our Pick n Mix cheese store.

Delivery is FREE and it comes in a climate control box (the only in the industry) that comes with a 48 hour freshness guarantee. If that wasn't enough, we also add an insert that will talk you through the info on the cheeses, tasting notes and a scorecard to help you make the very most of your festive cheesegeek delivery.
