Meet the Maker
The Skailes family have been masterfully making cheese for 160 years! Using the milk of 9 Nottinghamshire farms, they produce a host of beautiful blues. The star of the show is their Stilton (1 of only 6 in the UK) which is made with a revived, hand ladled method.
