Anyone who names their cheese after a cross on the roof of a local village pub is fine by us. Kevin and Alison Blunt have done just that, and to top it off, Golden Cross is a great goat's cheese. Its dense and silky texture means it's super satisfying to chomp through. The flavours range from the subtle, floral, and grassy to more complex and intense as it becomes denser, creamier and full-flavoured with maturity. The whole 225g log is yours.
Now call us crazy, but we think it tastes like brandy butter or rum & raisin ice cream.

Delivery is FREE and it comes in a climate control box (the only in the industry) that comes with a 48 hour freshness guarantee. If that wasn't enough, we also add an insert that will talk you through the info on the cheeses, tasting notes and a scorecard to help you make the very most of your festive cheesegeek delivery.

Meet the Maker

Kevin & Alison Blunt had not planned on a life in farming, but in 1989 they took the plunge and began Golden Cross Cheese. From their Eastbourne farm, they specialise in soft, mould ripened sheep and goat cheeses using milk from local farms and their herd of 220 goats.
