Made by Montgomery’s (yes, the cheddar guys) it's aromatic with a real depth of flavour - we get hints of onion soup, maybe even chicken gravy. All we know for sure is, it melts like a dream. No arguments, it’s a definite winter warmer (and no need to go skiing to try it).

Meet the Maker

Since 1911, the Montgomery family have been lovingly crafting their traditional farmhouse cheddar from their farm in Somerset. The team use raw milk and pint starter to create their eponymous cheddar as well as Jersey milk to make their raclette style cheese Ogleshield.
