Handmade by Julie Cheyney in Suffolk using raw milk from Montbeliarde Cows, St Judes has a creamy texture reminiscent of ice cream with that unmistakeable raw milk funk. It's luxuriously light with creamy lemony undertones and indulgent to the end. Julie is truly a master of her craft and it shines through in this soft cheese.
