We've scoured the country for the best products, made by small scale crafts people that reflect our values. These delicious Buttermilk Crackers were developed by Fionagh in Norton Barrow's Bakehouse in Cornwall.

They hand make fresh buttermilk using surplus milk from Whalesborough Dairy for each batch. The dough is mixed using the finest wheat flour and flaked oats. It's then rolled extra thinly to create the perfect texture and taste.

We've scoured the country for the best products, made by small scale crafts people that reflect our values. These delicious Sourdough Crackers were developed by Fionagh in Norton Barrow's Bakehouse in Cornwall.

They use their own sourdough mother which is specially fed and fermented to create the perfect punch and crunch. It's then mixed with rye flour, rapeseed oil and a little sea salt resulting in the perfect texture and taste.

After what began to feel like a lifelong, Ben Hur-style epic, we reckon we have found the world's greatest accompaniment for Farmhouse Cheddar, British Territorials, and in fact pretty much any hard cheese available to the human race, and it isn't even a Chutney! It's a Marmalade! Red Onions from Lincolnshire and Cockburns Fine Ruby Port have done to hard cheese what Christopher Nolan has done to cinema....made the unbetterable...better. Red Onion & Port, we want to get rambunctious with you.

What on earth is a Wild Cloudberry you are probably asking? And why is someone making jam from it?
Well whilst it isn't something magical that grows in the sky, it is something magical that grows in Scandinavia. It is a little bit like a blackberry in appearance, except slightly more bulbous, and orange. It also has that slight berry sweetness, but just as you think it might get too sweet, it brings in a tart, almost savoury balancer that keeps it all in check.
This is one of the most lipsmackingly delicious jams we have tried at cheesegeek. As if things couldn't get any better, we then established it works perfectly with almost all types of cheese...blue, soft, hard...every single one a hit, like Abba in the 70s (oh yes, thats a Scandinavian linkeroo). So give it a go, apparently it even tastes great with ice cream...Mamma Mia!

An extra special mega match for many cheeses, none more so than bloomy rind cheeses like Tunworth. This particular truffle honey from Le Marche in Italy is simply the best. Not too strong or overpowering, and none of that synthetic truffle taste thanks to the real white truffle shavings; no fake flavourings! The white truffles are sniffed out by specialist truffle dogs, and then shaved and blended with local Acacia honey.

Not since the Bee Gees have a trio caused such a stir as our triple condiment offering at cheesegeek. Never let anyone tell you, "You can't have it all"...because you can. And here it is. Perfect for the indecisive, subscribers, or anyone that just won't accept second best.

Meet the megastars:

Rambunctious Red Onion & Port - great with hard cheese
After what began to feel like a lifelong, Ben Hur-style epic, we reckon we have found the world's greatest accompaniment for Farmhouse Cheddar, British Territorials, and in fact pretty much any hard cheese available to the human race, it isn't even a Chutney! It's a Marmalade! Red onions from Lincolnshire and Cockburns Fine Ruby Port have done to hard cheese what Christopher Nolan has done to cinema....made the unbetterable...better.

Champion Cherry & Amaretto - great with soft cheese What do you get when you mix cherry, almond and a ripe soft cheese? Almost a Bakewell Tart...but we think better. The sweetness and sourness of the cherry with the punch of almond liqueur cuts through the pong perfectly. Every mouthful becomes indulgent. Almost naughty. Don't let that stop you though.

Barnstorming Brandy & Pear - great with blue cheese A truly epic accompaniment for blue cheeses, it forms a perfect foil for the saltiness and bite of the blue veining...much like Robin does for Batman. The brandy is from Ampleforth Abbey, using apples grown on the Abbey grounds. This really is knock-out (sticking with the Batman analogy here) stuff.
