Orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure the best chance of availability and delivery when requested but we may occasionally have to send a substitute for another guy (wait cheese, we're talking about cheese here, not the Who song, our bad). The replacement cheese will be as similar as possible but if you do not want us to make any substitutions then please email us at hello@thecheesegeek.com when you've placed the order and we can get in contact with alternative solutions.
