Along with the occasional beam of sunshine, spring brings with it some mighty tasty cheese to put a spring in your step. Here you can handpick your own selection but if you’re not sure what you’re after, take a look at The Lionel and Elvis which calls on the Geek's own cheese wisdom as well as offering the best value.
 
In the current pandemic/changing trade laws, not all of our suppliers are able to supply us as consistently. Orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure the best chance of availability, and delivery when requested but we may occasionally have to give a substitute for another guy (wait cheese, we're talking about cheese here, not the Who song, our bad). The cheese selected will be as similar as possible but if you do not want us to supply a substitute then please email us at hello@thecheesegeek.com when you've placed the order and we can get in contact with alternative solutions.

Hards

The backbone of any cheeseboard. Traditional farmhouse cheddars, British Territorials and a dash of Alpine style. Hard cheeses are complex and lively at springtime, matured to perfection (don't worry, even though they're mature, they still know how to have fun).

The softies. Spring is a time for goat's cheese and we have some returning classics to round out our already cheesy range this year for a fresh spring feel (goat's cheeses are typically less mature than hard cheeses, silly billies).

The blues. We've got you covered with some lesser known British blues including Buffalo Blue and Northern Blue from Shepherd's Purse (more than just mozzarella) and some new additions for 2021. They might be blue in name but our lighter spring blues will have you feeling anything but blue once you've given them a taste.
